In a world where

is urged to achieve. Sandoval is threatening
to pollute the main water source in the
world towards it but have to face Mestizo
who is willing to stick to his promise.

where he had to escape from GENERAL BANDERAS
who murdered his father. Even dictatorship
is over, the General, who still runs and exploits
the town, arranges a Beauty Contest to crown
his soon to be daughter in law, Evaristo's
former lover. Since she is the most beautiful
girl in town, the contesting girls make use
of witchcraft, power influence and sex to
beat her. The contest takes place but the
conspiracy is discovered and, along with it,
revenge, redemption and death rise up.
